How to import employee records to avoid duplicates?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:35PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

We upload from Kronos a file for employee information, in the information it gives; name address job title job location, ss, inactive or active. We have been doing this for a year, and then changes were made, then this person quit.

When we pull the file it doubles the names, one line all the right information, the second line" same person" wrong information.

I believe it's in mapping, we would like to take out the wrong information but have no idea how to do this.

When we pull the excel file from Kronos its the right information, when we upload to NetSuite is where the doubling comes in.

Howdy, Stranger!
