I've set up transfer orders to default to Pending Approval Open, but no where can I find any info about who the approver is or how to set up the hierarchy.

Is the approver of a Transfer Order the Supervisor of the employee who created the transfer order? Would I need to add a supervisor to the employee record of all those that would be creating Transfer Orders?

Is someone without the approval ability able to change the status when creating the transfer order from Pending Approval to Pending Fulfilment?
