How to create a Saved Search for Customers with Sales last year and none this month?

I'm trying to create a search for customers who have invoices in the last 1-4 months, but none in the current month.

After trying myself, I found SuiteAnswers 36949 and so I dutifully copied it, as is, but it gives no results. It definitely should, as my Sandbox only has a few transactions in the current month, and loads in previous months.

Has anybody else used this 36949, and got it to work?
