How to add Dashboard Reminders to specific users?

When setting up a search for a dashboard reminder, can I tie a filter to the user on who's the dashboard appears?

For example, I want a reminder of purchase orders pending approval on the dashboard for buyers, but only for that buyer logged in. Do I need a unique search per buyer, or can the search filter on the user that is logged in?
