Why is the Saved search not showing as an option in Custom Entity Field options

Hey there Community!

I'm looking to create a custom field and would like to pull a search as the field value. However, the saved search I've created does not show as an option in this drop down. We've done this successfully before, so not sure what I need to do to have the saved search show up in the field of options. Any guidance is appreciated! Thank you!
