Workflow automate email WITHOUT saved search

Hi All,

We are using encryption with Stratokey which means emails in saved searches are illegible. The email address is encrypted when the saved search is used in a workflow to send emails and hence no emails are delivered.

I'd like to try to create a workflow which takes the "current record" email address based on a condition, this could be a tick box field, etc in the customer record, which will run automatically when triggered.

Where can I get help with this?
