What is the permission to access Audit Trail on Custom Reports?

Hello, looking for some help on the Audit Trail tab on Custom Reports. I am not able to find the permission to add to a custom role to be able to see the Audit Trail. I have tried the permission called Audit Trail, tried creating a new custom view, and also scoured SuiteAnswers, but I can't seem to find an article that answers this question. Is anyone aware what the permission is or what needs to be added to be able to view the Audit Trail? Screenshot example of the Audit Trail below. Thanks!
