Why am I receiving duplicates on my saved search for item receipt transactions containing no files.

I've created a saved search for item receipt transactions that do not contain attached files. The saved search is working however, I'm receiving duplicates on the final report.

How do I modify this saved search to only show each item receipt one time?


I've included screenshots of the saved search criteria here.
