How can i use translation from translation tab to PDF

We need a invoice/packing slip that contains the Spanish translations for the item descriptions. I have the translation under the translations tab on the item record. How do I add those to the form for printing. I was looking at the Mexico suite app but the limitations may not meet our needs.
