How to get an On Credit Hold notification when status changes?

We would like to be alerted/notified when a customers On Credit Hold status changes from Yes to No.

A thought was to create a Saved Search and utilize the check the box "Send Email Alerts When Records Are Created/Update" and be notified when the field's value changes. However, the field "On Credit Hold" is not available in the Fields list under Updated Fields sub-tab.

Any recommendation on how best to achieve this?
