Is possible to create Budget dataset and workbook where I can determine the budget amount in USD?

I'm looking to create a dataset or workbook in a table view format for budget records. This would involve calculating budget amounts using their respective exchange rates for each period. For example, for the current month, April 2023, I'd like to determine the budget amount in USD (our base currency) by multiplying the April budget amount by the relevant budget exchange rate. Can you please let me know if this is feasible and any steps or suggestions to accomplish this task?
