I created a saved search for user notes on sales orders. In my administrator role, I can see results of this saved search however my coworker with a different role is getting a "No search results match your criteria."

I ran through their permissions and they have "Find Transaction" set to full and here is the full list of permissions under transactions. What am I missing?
