Does Send Transaction Via Email get auto removed?
We have a customer record where 'Send Transaction Via' 'Email' is checked. This sends an email upon save of a transaction against their record. However, occasionally the customer will report they stopped getting emails; when we check the checkmark is removed.
I look in the email log and see occasionally an email where the Status is 'Not Sent' - Failure Reason - Delivery not authorized, message refused.
If a email fails to send against a customer does NetSuite automatically remove the checkbox from the Email on Send Transaction Via?
I have searched for documentation on this and find nothing so far.
