Can you Export CSV from Employee Center Dashboard Portlet?

On our user's Employee Center dashboard, he has visibility to a Saved Search of Project Hours as a Custom Search portlet.

However, then he asks, "... may I export this as a CSV to Excel?"

I cannot figure out how to do this.

I have searched, the Help module, SuiteAnswers, SuiteIdeas and the Community.

My searches are as simple as "Export dashboard portlet" to as complicated as "Export CSV from Employee Center dashboard Custom Search portlet".

Nothing.

What am I missing? I cannot be the first one trying to do this??
