Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Issue with Mark/Unmark All on Item Receipt from Return Authorisation
Please can someone test this to confirm if this is a bug/defect, or a potential problem with our system/config.
I have tested this with all Workflows and Scripts disabled, so I don't think this is a local problem.
This is the scenario.
- Return Authorisation (Waiting Receipt)
- Receive Items (opens new Item Receipt transaction)
- Use 'Unmark all' to deselect all items
- Tick some Items to receive
- Update Inventory Detail on the lines being received
- Click Save - receive 'Unexpected Error' error message (Item Receipt is not created / saved)
