How to record the impact of the Fixed Asset Revaluation?

Hi There

I am importing midlife assets into Netsuite which have been revalued.

When recording these into Netsuite, how do I record the impact of the revaluation?

Do I just record the historical cost in the "original cost" field and the revalued amount in the "current cost" field?

How do I record a date of when the asset was revalued?
