How to add custom Field to Pay Bills page ?

Hi,

We cannot create a custom field to be added to the Pay Bills page which seems like a limitation/enhancement.

The workaround for this would be to create a custom Segment that can be applied to the Pay Bills page.

Please see the below steps

  1. Enable Custom Segments
    1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
    2. Click SuiteCloud
    3. Under SuiteGL, enter checkmark for Custom Segments
    4. Click Save
  2. Create Custom Segment
    1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Custom Segments > New
    2. Name: Enter a name for the new segment
    3. Type: Select the appropriate segment type (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Item).
    4. Display Type: Select the visibility and access levels for the new segment.
