Why is Mass Update functionality is not working?
Hi Team,
Mass update functionality in NetSuite used to work fine but suddenly it stopped working. I tried to use it to mass delete the cases and also try to use it to move the files from one folder to other folder which didn't worked. Can you please let me know what might be the issue to stop the functionality working?
FYI - I tried clearing browser cache and used other browsers as well.
