How to resolve error Invalid subsidiary reference key X for entity Y" in credit card upload

We successfully upload Credit Card Transactions for one of our subsidiaries. However we keep running into the error Invalid subsidiary reference key for entity. I confirmed the mapping is the same and only changed the sub that its referencing. What other areas do I need to check to resolve this?
