How to create a Saved Search that shows data from Sales Order and Item Fulfillment?

I'm trying to create a saved search (or report) that shows me a sales order number with its associated item fulfillment number and I can pull data from fields from the SO and IF. The search I am trying to create takes the Estimated Ship date from the SO and the date the IF was set to Packed (Pending Shipping) and compares the two. Basically, I'd like to show how many days we ship before/after or on the estimated ship date that is set on the SO. Thank you for any suggestions.
