How to Send an Email When an Existing Item Is Updated Using Workflow

I have a workflow that sends an email to an employee when an existing item has been edited. At the moment it sends whenever someone edits an item record. We would like it to only send the email if certain field/s values are changed. I have a list of about 10 fields that should trigger the email, it should trigger whenever the values of any of the 10 are updated to any value.

Just unsure how to set this criteria - thank you!
