Why are we having NetSuite Surveys pop-up? [Defect # 720750]

As of this morning, everyone in the company is getting pop-up surveys each time a new screen is accessed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Whether the survey is responded to or just closed, it does not stop. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to disable it?
