How to resolve Unexpected Error in KPI Scorecard?

I built a KPI Scorecard for our Sales Team to use. When they try to load it, they get this error. The Audience is set to ALL and when I switch to their role, it takes a minute to load but I do not get the error. Has anyone else seen this before?
