How to update Chart of Accounts to check "REVALUE OPEN BALANCE FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS"?

Hi All

Is it not possible to use CSV Import method to mass update existing Chart of Accounts to tick REVALUE OPEN BALANCE FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS option for a range of Chart of Accounts?
