How to route Role Based Purchase Request approval

We have created a workflow for Purchase Request Approval. For Purchasing group approval, we would like to route the approval to the 'Purchasing Specialist Role' instead of a specific user. This way any user assigned to the role, will be able to review and approve the request.

Any ideas?
