I may have overwritten the default item search. Help?

So I was messing around with saved searches but the having saved one the regular item search I do by navigating Lists>Accounting>Items no longer returns any results. This was working just a moment ago before I made a custom item search.

Have I overwritten the default search somehow? How do I return it back to normal?

I deleted the custom search that I had made but it had no effect.
