Is it possible to revert to 2FA by SMS till 2024?

Hi All


Our client received notifcation about 2FA by SMS not supported by 2024. But one Administrator User suddenly stopped receiving SMS 2 FA verification and not able to login NetSuite.

We have no choice but to reset 2FA for him. However Suite Answer 64303 mentioned 2FA by SMS is not possible after reset 2FA.

Is it possible to revert to 2FA by SMS till 2024?
