Wrong PDF Template Selected

I'm trying to fulfill and order and go to print the packing slip

However, the ticket that it prints is not the one I've been customizing in the advanced pdf/html section. I have the one I want to use selected as preferred.

Is there somewhere else I need to mark this as the preferred form or have I missed something else?
