How can a user or role view the events record?
I have 2 scenarios that I would like to get clarification from:
SCENARIO A
Role: Administrator
Problem: When I go to Activities -> Scheduling -> Events, no event records are shown. But if I get results from an Events saved search, I can see the list of results and view each record.
SCENARIO B
Role: Custom sales center role (with Events permission set to full)
Problem: An email is sent to recipients upon creation of an Event record. This is triggered by the saved search email functionality. However, when the "View Record" link is clicked, our employee cannot view the Event record. (Note: the organizer of the event is different from the recipient who cannot view it)
