How to resolve Unexpected Error when deleting Memorized Transaction?

I'm trying to delete a memorized transaction but all i get is this.

Error 

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

Anyone any ideas why? We need this removed as it keeps showing on the statement.
