How to update SDF/Marketplace SuiteApps on Sandbox?

Can anyone tell me how I can update a SuiteApp that is installed via the SuiteApp Marketplace? For Example SuiteApp "Netherlands Localization". Just to be clear, it's not a Bundle and not avalabe in the Installed Bundles List.

Op PRD the SuiteApp is updated automatically, but on the Sandbox account I can't find a way to update the SuiteApp.
