How to exclude items/customers from Promotion rather than include?
I am attempting to create a promotion for free shipping for my company that will only be available to customers in the 48 contiguous US states that also includes most of our item database with only a few exceptions. I see how to use a saved search for setting up a dynamic item list and also how to do the same thing for a dynamic customer group for including these customers and items in the promotion. However, since most of our items and customers will qualify for this promotion, both searches have high run times since there are so many
