Where to get Sample data environment with Suite Analytics Connect?

I am a freelancer, I develop BI Dashboards in Power BI based on an ODBC connection to my clients' Netsuite systems.

How can I obtain my own Netsuite with sample data and with ODBC connector so I can build a portfolio of sample reports?

Maybe I'll also need to develop some custom fields in order to show fields that are not visible in the out-of-the-box connector.

How can I obtain such an environment and how much does it cost?
