Not sure if this is a glitch, but I do not have access to check the various box options in Administrator Role. There's a hovering checkbox in the the terms & Agreements that continues to show throughout my screens. I'm also creating a custom workflow, and many of the checkboxes have the circle seen on this the attached image.

Important note: I had access to these checkboxes last week, now they are missing. Also, I rebooted my machine, thinking this would solve the problem.
