Report Webquery Number format

Hello, I have tried to export a report as a webquery to be linked in Excel but i have problem with the format of the number.

I have the preferences of the account with "," (comma) as decimal separator;

when i view it it's fine, If i export the report in excel it's fine with the comma, but via webquery it stays with the DOT "." as decimal separator so the cell breaks and the column order mismatch.
