Previous Transaction search not totaling correctly

I am using a search from this previous post. How to SEND EMAILS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE on Last day of the month? — Oracle NetSuite Support Community
However, it is not totalling the information correctly and I am not sure why. I am only trying to get the values for Last month and then for Last month (last year). here are screenshots of the criteria, results tabs and results.
I had to use "created from" instead of "employee" because some customers are assigned to specific employees regardless of who actually created it. I am comparing apples to apples.
Using one staff member (Chase) to shorten the list and it is for the month of May.
