Shipping Cost field not returned in System Notes

When I try to check the changes in value of the shipping cost for a sales order/invoice/item fulfillment - the field does not get pulled up by the system notes.

  1. Is this a standard behavior?
  2. Is there any other way to track if there were changes to the Shipping Cost field?
