Asset Transfer via CSV import Error: invalid_fld_value: Invalid date value (must be dd/mm/yyyy)

I am receiving this error whilst transferring an asset but my date format on set preferences is DD/MM/YYY so i am unsure of why I am getting this error.


please advise?
