Using a workflow to set the status of a Sales Order
I am looking to build a custom workflow (or script if necessary) to edit the status of a SO and set it to 'Pending Review' (or another custom status if that is possible?), it would be setting it AFTER the SO is Fulfilled.
Background is the Accounts team are trying to use the Invoice Sales Orders page but it pulls in SO's that have discrepancies, like the order is fulfilled but the Sales Rep has not ticked price confirmed.. That means the Accounts team can't mark all and Invoice, they have to check each SO.. I was wanting the workflow to change the status of the SO so it does not appear in the Invoice Sales Orders page and the Sales Rep will be notified and fix the issue.
