How do I get my contacts to show on both a company and a parent company?

We have parent companies set up in our Netsuite as the main business. We then have companies for each set up as children under the parent.

For example:

001 ABC Business : Company A

The contacts for company A are displaying when viewing that child, but not pulling through to 001 ABC Business.

How do I display the contacts on both?
