Advanced PDF footer on last page only when there are multiple pages?

Hello guys, is there anyone here who have achieved to make the footer appear only on the last page if there are multiple pages in advanced pdf? Someone already asked this question but that was 5yrs ago. I hope there would be someone here who have done this already. I appreciate you guys for helping me on this.
