Can you use one Hyperlink custom field to display multiple links

I am wanting to display a few hyperlinks on our Estimate form. I have setup a custom hyperlink field and have it working for a single URL but I am wondering if it can be setup in a way to display multiple urls?

Even if there is another way to achieve this that would be great to know.
