How to customize Work Order Issue > Components?

Good Morning

I'd like to edit the components section of the work order issue form to include description and ideally line number but I can't even find the components sublist to try and do so.

Highlighted below is the portion of the issue form I'd like to edit then a couple screenshots in customize form. Components is listed as a tab, but there is no further detail, nothing on what fields are within that tab.
