Invoice Rate is Different from Charge Rate

Hello.

We added some charges to an invoice for billing but discovered NS added 1c to one of the lines. The rate on the Billing Rate Card and Charge record is correct, yet, it strangely increased by a cent on the items page. I removed and re-added the charge but the rate keeps changing by a cent.

Anyone encountered this before? How did you fix it?
