Advanced Projects - Fixed Bid, Milestone Billing Issue
Hi,
I have a situation wherein I am creating a Sales Order on a Project which contains both Inventory and Non-Inventory (Service) Items. The project uses Fixed-Bid Milestone Billing.
Issue -
After marking the first milestone as complete, I would expect that the entire SO can be invoiced for % associated with the milestone marked as complete. However, on hitting 'Next Bill' on SO, the Invoice only picks up Inventory item; Service items are not being invoiced.
After some investigation, I concluded that the issue could probably be arising because the 'Project Item' check box on the line items was not marked as true. However, on the SO itself, this check box is grayed out on all the lines.
