Why the Language settings not taking full effect?

I was setting up an example of using another language in NS, but now there are a number of fields refusing to revert back to English.

I've tried logging out and in, changing my language to French and back again, ctrl+f5 page refreshing and nothing seems to work.

Is there anything else I can try?
