Assembly Item

I have an item that is an assembly. 

Assembly A has 5 components. 

Assembly A

Component 1

Component 2

Component 3

Component 4

Component 5

This assembly is sold as is but is also a component in 6 other Assemblies. We currently manufacture all of the components but we are going to occasionally use an outside vendor to produce 3 of the components of Assembly A (Components 1, 2 and 5). 

Can I set up the Assembly when we receive Components 1, 2 and 5 that it automatically takes Components 3 and 4 out of inventory? I don’t have to worry about it when we build the item here as all of the components will be taken out of inventory.
