How to set field value Credit Hold field to Off on Customer Record using workflow
Hi!
I am trying unsuccessfully to make a Customer WF, which action is to set field value Credit Hold (field) to static value, selection: Off.
When I check the customer record, under system information, workflow history I see the state runs, but Credit Hold does not change from Auto for example to Off (as indicated on the WF).
This happens on my tstdrv. Seems standard field for Credit Hold in WF is not working. Someone can confirm or help ?
