Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Is it possible to have a roll-up Transaction search (not show by line item)?
Still very new, and not 100% sure what I'm aiming for. But one thing I noticed when trying to create a Transaction search (limiting type by Sales Orders, Quotes, and Opportunities) is that it blows the results out to include all line items within those transactions - plus a couple extra.
That is, even if a Sales Order contains only one single product line item, it actually shows as THREE Transaction rows in the view. One row is blank for line items, one row has the single product / line item, and one row has the freight.
I'm looking to generate a search view that is just the rolled up Sales Order / Opportunity / Quote as a single line per ID. Likely something super easy (even fundamental) that I'm missing.
