How to concatenate Summary fields?

Hi,

 I am trying to concatenate a group of summarized fields into one value. I am using the pipe '||' to do so, but it results in individual rows of the grouped records. I need it to display as a single row. Any suggestions? 

I have attached the snapshots of the saved search formula and the actual result before and after concatenating.
